Deposits

$15 is required at booking and applied toward the service balance. The deposit is non-refundable, but may be refunded or transferred at the owner's discretion and/or when an appointment is properly rescheduled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please contact Kaya to discuss rescheduling at least 24 hours PRIOR to your scheduled start time. For example, a Saturday appointment at 9:00 AM requires contact by Friday at 9:00 AM. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. This 50% must be paid before a future appointment can be rescheduled. Continued last-minute cancellations without payment will result in a one-year booking ban.

Late Policy

Every appointment has a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at the owner's discretion. Please communicate with Kaya as soon as possible if you expect to be late.
